From boiling the noodles to sautéing the garlic and adding the secret ingredient, the recipe is incredibly easy to follow. So why not give it a try and experience the explosion of flavors that is Asian garlic noodles?

Let’s get started!

I love making Asian garlic noodles at home. They’re the perfect blend of savory and sweet, with just the right amount of garlic flavor. To start, I bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Yellow noodles and egg noodles are the way to go for a much more traditional recipe. If you can’t find those in your local supermarket, that’s ok! Spaghetti works too.

While the noodles are cooking, I heat up a skillet on medium-high heat and add some butter. Once the butter is melted, I add in minced garlic and cook it until fragrant. Then, I add in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, stirring until everything is well combined.

Next, I drain the cooked noodles and add them directly to the skillet with the sauce. I toss everything together until the noodles are coated in the delicious garlic sauce. I like to add a sprinkle of green onions and sesame seeds on top for some extra flavor and texture.

The result is a plate of Asian garlic noodles that are bursting with flavor. The sweetness from the brown sugar balances out the saltiness from the soy sauce and oyster sauce, while the garlic adds a delicious depth of flavor. These noodles are great as a side dish or as a main course with some protein added in. I love how easy and quick they are to make, and they always satisfy my cravings for Asian food.
