Preheat oven to 400 F.
Get a casserole dish out. Optional: line with foil paper for easier cleanup.
Arrange the salmon fillets in a casserole dish and generously brush both sides with sesame oil, using your hands to gently massage the oil into the fish to ensure both sides are fully coated.
Combine paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and salt in a tray for dry rub. Generously sprinkle the dry rub onto both sides of the salmon and pat it down to ensure it sticks. Add minced garlic and set aside.
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, add honey, soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, sesame oil, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika. Stir to combine. Bring to very light simmer for 10 minutes. Do not boil.
Remove sauce from heat and let cool. Pour over salmon.
Bake salmon for 12 minutes. Take out salmon. Drizzle honey all over it.
Broil salmon for remaining 2 minutes so the honey and teriyaki sauce caramelizes!
