Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add a generous sprinkling of salt. Cook yellow noodles/egg noodles/spaghetti according to package instructions.
Drain and rinse the noodles with running water. Drizzle sesame oil and toss the noodles to prevent noodles from sticking together.
Use a saute pan on medium to low heat. Add the butter into the pan and when it melts, add the minced garlic and sauté until aromatic but not browned.
Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar into the pan, stir to combine well.
Toss all the noodles in with the sauce. Add the parmesan cheese and chopped green onions to garnish.
