- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp pepper
- 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup parsley dried or finely chopped fresh
- 16 ounce fettucine *substitute with your pasta of choice*
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 395°F.
- Place the salmon in a baking dish and season both sides with a generous amount of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Gently press the dry rub onto the salmon.
- Gently drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the baking dish. Coat both sides of the salmon evenly with the oil.
- Finely mince 4 cloves (or the entire head) of garlic. Cube 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter into small pieces. Thoroughly coat the salmon on both sides with the minced garlic and butter cubes.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
- In a large pot, season with a pinch of salt and bring the water to a boil.

- Flake salmon into chunks, then add pasta. Toss to coat pasta with juices from butter, garlic and lemon.
- Add in parmesan cheese and parsley to season!
